  • Trust Deed (drafted on stamp paper as per state laws)

  • Passport size photographs of the settlor, trustees, and beneficiaries (if defined)

  • Proof of identity of the settlor and trustees (PAN card, Aadhaar card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License)

  • Address proof of the settlor and trustees (Aadhaar card, Passport, Utility bill, or Bank statement)

  • PAN card of the trust (to be applied if not available)

  • Proof of the registered office address of the trust (rent agreement, NOC from owner, or property ownership document)

  • Two witnesses with their identity and address proof

  • Covering letter with application for trust registration to the Sub-Registrar

  • Payment receipt of trust registration fee and stamp duty
