Passport Tatkal

Types

• Fresh Tatkal Passport – ₹3,500 (36 pages, 10-year validity) / ₹4,000 (60 pages, 10-year validity)

• Renewal/Re-issue Tatkal Passport – ₹3,500 (36 pages, 10-year validity) / ₹4,000 (60 pages, 10-year validity)

Eligibility

• Indian citizens with valid proof of identity and address

• Applicants must provide additional documents as per Tatkal category (Annexure F or I, depending on case)

• Minors can also apply under Tatkal if documents are complete

• No criminal cases pending or court restrictions on travel

• Emergency situations (job, education, medical, official travel) may require supporting proof

• Must pay additional Tatkal fee along with regular passport charges
