Benefits:

Eligibility:
- Must be a resident of Karnataka.
- Age usually between 18 and 59 years (varies slightly by scheme updates).
- Should be a member of a cooperative society or affiliated organization.
- Not eligible if already covered under another similar health insurance scheme.
Important Note: The primary applicant generally needs at least three months of membership in an eligible cooperative society or qualifying group. Eligible family members may also be enrolled subject to scheme rules. Confirm the current year's requirements and contribution with the cooperative society before applying.
