Customer Service Agreement

  1. Effective Date: As displayed on the website or app
  2. ✅ By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Customer Service Agreement. This Customer Service Agreement applies to the specific service ordered through DocZee’s website, app, office, or authorised representative and must be read together with DocZee’s separate Customer Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable service-specific terms.
  3. Service Scope

DocZee will provide the documentation, application processing, consultation, business support, technology, coordination, or other services specifically selected by the customer and described in the applicable service listing, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.

The scope of each service may differ depending on the service selected. Work not expressly included in the confirmed service scope will be treated as additional work and may require separate approval and charges.

  4. Service Charges and Government Fees
    • DocZee’s service charges cover the applicable professional assistance, documentation, application preparation, administrative coordination, technical support, and other activities included in the confirmed service scope.
    • Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty, registration fees, portal charges, third-party charges, and other official payments are separate unless expressly stated as included in the quotation or order.
    • Pricing may be displayed as a fixed amount, a starting price, or a quotation-based service. The final applicable charges will depend on the service requirements, customer details, location, complexity, and any disclosed additional work.
    • Where the requirements change or additional work becomes necessary, DocZee will communicate the applicable additional charges for customer approval before proceeding with that additional work.
  5. Consultation Services

Where the customer books a consultation, the service is limited to the consultation and assistance expressly described in the selected package or booking confirmation. Document preparation, application filing, representation, follow-ups, field visits, and implementation are not included unless specifically stated.

  6. Application-Only Services

Where a customer selects an application-fee-only or limited-scope service, DocZee’s responsibility is restricted to the work expressly included in that service.

Reapplication, corrections, additional documentation, rejection handling, repeated follow-ups, appeals, physical visits, or further processing are excluded unless included in the order or separately agreed. Any exclusions will be subject to applicable law and the specific commitments made by DocZee.

  7. Customer Authorisation

The customer authorises DocZee and its authorised employees, executives, or service associates to undertake the activities reasonably necessary to deliver the ordered service, including:

    • Preparing and organising documents and application information using details supplied or approved by the customer.
    • Submitting applications, uploading documents, coordinating with relevant offices or service providers, and following up where included in the service scope.
    • Collecting or delivering documents where expressly agreed.
    • Providing status updates and communicating with the customer regarding service progress.

This authorisation is limited to the selected service. It does not authorise DocZee to sign declarations, execute legal instruments, make statutory attestations, or exercise powers requiring a separate power of attorney or specific legal authorisation unless the required authority has been validly provided.

  8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide complete, accurate, current, and genuine information and documents; review application details and drafts; provide required signatures, declarations, consents, and authorisations; and pay applicable charges when due. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of information supplied and for reviewing documents before signing or approving them. DocZee may request clarification or additional documents where reasonably necessary to process the service.

  9. Processing Time and Government Approval

Any processing time communicated by DocZee is an estimate unless a specific written commitment states otherwise. Actual completion may depend on government departments, banks, registrars, portals, third-party providers, inspections, verification, or other external factors.

DocZee does not guarantee approval, registration, certification, licence issuance, or any other decision controlled by an external authority. DocZee will not make unofficial payments or bypass mandatory legal or government procedures.

  10. Field Visits and Dedicated Assistance

Certain services may require physical visits, document collection or delivery, office coordination, inspections, or dedicated executive assistance. These activities will be included only where stated in the selected package or separately agreed.

Where travel, fieldwork, or additional executive time attracts an extra charge, the applicable charge will be communicated before the additional activity is undertaken.

  11. Additional Work and Changes

If the customer changes the requested service, supplies materially different information, or requests work outside the confirmed scope, DocZee may provide a revised quotation or recommend an additional service. Such additional work will proceed subject to the customer’s approval.

  12. Service Completion

A service will be considered completed when the agreed deliverable has been provided, the specified application or request has been submitted, or the agreed scope of work has otherwise been performed, as applicable to that service.

Where the service depends on an external authority, completion of DocZee’s agreed work does not necessarily mean that the authority has approved or issued the requested document, certificate, licence, registration, or benefit.

  13. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests, refunds, and adjustments will be handled in accordance with DocZee’s applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy, the specific service terms, and applicable law.

The eligibility and amount of any refund may depend on the work already performed, third-party or official fees incurred, and the nature of the service. Nothing in this Agreement excludes any refund or remedy that the customer is legally entitled to receive.

  14. Customer Information and Documents

DocZee will handle customer information and documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Information may be used or disclosed where reasonably necessary to deliver the ordered service, process applications, communicate with the customer, work with relevant authorities or service providers, or meet legal obligations.

  15. Relationship with Other Policies

This Service Agreement governs the scope and delivery of the particular service ordered. It supplements, and does not replace, DocZee’s Customer Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, applicable refund policy, or service-specific terms.

If a service-specific quotation or written order contains additional details about the agreed scope, deliverables, exclusions, or charges, those details will apply to that order to the extent they are consistent with applicable law and DocZee’s other applicable terms.
