Service Details
Government fee: Rs.1,500 – This is the statutory fee paid directly to the concerned department as per applicable government rules.
Consultation+Service + executive + admin + support: Rs.3,999– This covers end-to-end assistance including form filling, documentation, online uploads, portal management, expert consultation, printing, digital signatures, status tracking, LL and DL test training, and support from a dedicated relationship executive. Field visits and department coordination are also included, based on customer authorization as per the service agreement.
Driving License Process (2-Wheeler / 4-Wheeler)
The driving license process is divided into two main stages:
1. Learner’s License (LL):
You must first apply for and pass the Learner’s License (LL) exam, which tests basic traffic rules and road safety awareness. Once approved, the LL remains valid for 6 months.
2. Driving License (DL):
After completing 30 days from the date of LL approval, you become eligible to appear for the Driving License (DL) test at the respective RTO.
This includes an on-road driving skill assessment conducted by an RTO officer.
You must pass the DL test before the expiry of your LL (within 6 months) to obtain the permanent licenseLegal authorization to ride two-wheelers on Indian roads
